i had to get a shot today. either that or pay a $450 fine and be kicked out of college. so i went down to Health Services, and sat there as the lady swabbed me up and tried to make small talk to distract me. yeah, well, it didnt- it hurt a lot- and even though she said it wouldnt hurt afterwards, it still hurts.

reminds me of all those things that people tell me that will be okay.. when i know that they wont be.
